Abstract:
Introduction: Mongolian medicine Senden (Xanthoceressorbifolia Bunge.) is trunk and
branches of Senden. Senden to keep to sweet, acrid and liitle biiter flavor and cool, light and dry
quality . Mainly used for rheumatism, gout, hot synovial disease, leprosy, scurvy, skin itching, hair
loss, heart disease and arthralgia etc.
Objective:To determine the chemical composition of the Mongolian medicine Senden
Materials and Methods: We have obtained the Senden from Liaoning, Fuxin. Column
chromatography, TLC(Thin Layer Chromatography) and HPLC(High Performance Liquid
Chromatography) are used to separate single compounds of Senden and structure of single
compound’s were identified by NMR (Nuclear magnetic resonance)
Results: We separeted single compounds of 4 types such as catechins, dihydromyricetin,
1-O-methy-D-l-myo-inositol and epicatechin of Mongolian medicine and determined structure of
that’s four types single compounds.
Conclusion: We found single compounds of Senden are catechinic acid, dihydromyricetin,
1-O-methyl-D-myo-inositol, epicatechin with anti-inflammatory and anti –tumor.
