Abstract:
We present a case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
complicated with hyperleucocytosis. After ruling our other
causes we concluded that the hyperleucocytosis was due to
paraneoplastic leukemoid reaction (PLR). The overall
survival was 15 months which is rare among patients with
