Abstract:
Pedunculated subcutaneous lipoma in the popliteal fossa
extending through the superficial fascia causing chronic
irritant dermatitis of the adjacent skin with “psoriatic-like”
plaque. To the author’s knowledge, no similar case has been
reported in the literature.
