- Abstract: Choridal osteomas are benign, ossified peripapillary lesions occurring predominantly in healthy young women, They appear as yellow-white to yellow-red lesions with well-defined geographics borders. On radiologic examination, bony lesion is shown. We report herein a case of choroidal osteoma located at the posterior pole of the left eye in a 27-years-old woman the chief complaint of decreased visual acuity.
