Abstract: Naevus of Ota is a dermal melanocytic pigmentary disorder that affects predominantly females. It occurs most frequently in Asian populations. Its association with naevus of Ito and a port wine stain is very rare. We report a rare occurrence of these three conditions in a male patient.
