Abstract:
Objective To investigate the self-efficacy and other factors of the internship and discuss the effect of the self-efficacy in medical education.Methods Using the Face Scale,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire,General Self-efficacy Scale to measure the level of self-efficacy and other factors.Results Correlation was found between self-efficacy and other factors such as subjective well-being,positive coping style and professional stress.Conclusion The self-efficacy and other factors impact each other and reduce the professional satisfaction.
