Abstract:
This paper reviewed the basic concepts of creativity and systematic perspective on creativity and systematically analyzed the connotation of creativity in doctoral candidates,thus summarizing the advantages of the development of creativity in doctoral candidates:physiological function,intellectual quality,non-intellectual quality and professional innovation that may help to unleash creativity,knowledgeable,dedicated,and innovative supervisors and a correspondingly suitable environment,which is of great importance to the researches on unleashing the creativity in doctoral candidates and creating innovative results.
