Abstract:
To build a reasonable and objective system of evaluating indicator is a key stage in the area of evaluation. Research in the essay plan to use the above rule to analyze and design the graduates’ position quality evaluating indicator in three aspects: the graduates,employers and graduates’ work administrative department,with the purpose of reflecting the graduates’ employment courses and all aspects’ dialogues and giving the related departments some references.
