Abstract:
With the pluralistic need of medical service in the country,non-technical ser-vice has become the crucial part of core competencies of the medical institution.Therefore,pro-fessional ethics is considered the most important by the units in employing new members.It’s necessary to train students with good morality by combining the moral education with profes-sional education so as to meet the changes in the social needs.
