Abstract:
To improve the humanism education in civil undergraduate students management among the military university,to set up management model of humanism we should transform idea,embellish the environment,take efficient inspiring measures,establish scientific assessment system and enhance the manager's comprehensive quality,so that we can achieve the progressive development of civil undergraduate management among the military university.
