Abstract:
The topic about academic power and administrative power of the university is a focal point to debate unceasingly in the educational circles.According to the discrimination of the conceptions,the article analyzes their rationality and limitation,and proves that academic power and administrative power are often in the relationship of the division of labor and cooperation,cooperation mutually,and interdependence.
