Abstract:
The employment ability cultivation of university students includes the employment consciousness guidance,the employment knowledge and the employment skill raise and so on.By teaching a curriculum of career guidance,establishing employment information network,enhancing employment practice,establishing information contact and feedback system for the graduates of all previous years,establishing school-business-service unit integration system,taking the mass organization as the carrier,developing employment ability raise and so on,we can further enhance the employment ability of university students.
