Abstract:
To increase the skill operant level of clinical skills,strengthening training proposal was carried out among the clinical speciality students before graduation practice.The problem existing in the skill operant teaching was analyzed and the corresponding measures ware provided at the same time in order to use them for the reference and make uninterrupted enhancement in the process of teaching in future.
