Abstract:
The artical studied the countermeasures for exploitation and management of nursing human resources according to the cause analysis on present shortage of nursing human resources.By the way of arranging and combining resources,optimizing working process,to form the thinking of nursing human resources management with good quality,high efficiency and low consumption,and then to achieve the aim of fulfilling humanistic management,stimulating staff's vigor,improving nursing quality,raising the value of human capital and reducing the investment costs of human resources.
