This article analyzes the current status and factors that influence the quality of practice teaching in medical laboratory,and presents the improvement of the status of practice teaching by basement construction,pre-education of clinical practice,standardized management,the cultivation of teachers,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of clinical practice teaching
