Abstract:
This paper aims to integrate the principles of crisis public relations into the hospitals'real facts of management,and make some discussion and analysis in dealing with medical dissensions,in expectation of throwing a brick to get a gem in return in order to enhance the hospitals'power of resisting risks and competion.
