Abstract:
At present,university teachers' performances are mostly evaluated by "awards and punishment system ",which desalt the encouragement and improvement function,lack of human nature concern.From the point of human resource management,guided by the theory that teachers' performances are developing,this article put forward a way of a omni bearing feedback to evaluate the teachers' performances in order to build a completely new evaluating system.
