Abstract:
University characteristics are nurtured from the essence and laws of universities.Characteristics can be generated as long as the university can adhere to the essence and laws of its development.Fostering university characteristics should be viewed from the aspects of the innovation of philosophy,division of functions,policy making,organizational management,inner factors,and the nature of openness.
