Abstract:
In recent years,modern library develops quickly,the reader urgently demands for information as well as innovative knowledge,this presses for library to put knowledge management and knowledge service in practice.This paper expounds the content and characteristic of knowledge management and knowledge service.Subsequently,some practical tactics about how to implement knowledge service and knowledge service of libraries are discussed.
