Abstract:
This paper presents a description about training of post-graduate students majoring in rheumatology.The essential knowledge and theory are highly stressed,and the clinical skill,comprehensive ability are also emphasized to encouraging students to bring forth new ideas.Besides cooperation and team spirit are encouraged through group and pair work.
