Abstract:
Based on the retrospection on the historical background and connotation of forming classic university conception and its improvement since 1930s,the author points out that our country should follow the trend of the education development of the higher learnings in the world and construct the new conception of university by endowing the connotation of ten respects to it.The concret frame of the new university conception has also been analyzed.
