Abstract:
Developing college students' credit quality is the demand of the time and society,and the teachers' credit quality is the key to achieve this goal.However,the present situation is not optimal.To train the students with good credit,we should develop the teachers' credit quality,combine the education-leading and system-control,and construct an effective system containing education-leading,supervising,and rewards or punishments appraisal.
