Abstract:
The fulfillment of the university's macro-policy lies in the teaching management at the departmental level, so it is essential to examine the status quo of departmental management and seek its rationalization and standardization. To restructure the managerial system, to bring to full play the academic management and to improve managers' competence prove to be the effective ways for enhancing the teaching management at the departmental level and the quality of education.
