Abstract:
Doctor-patient relationship plays an important role in medical practice. Legal trend of doctor-patient relationship, including the legal attribution of doctor-patient relationship, information consent, rights to privacy, medical confidentiality of patients, rights to know of the medical side and the legal protection of doctor-patients' rights, is the first key element in keeping good relationship of doctor-patient and preventing medical tangles.
