Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods The clinical data of 45 patients in Zhenhai Second Hospital of Ningbo were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 45 cases,25 cases had gastrointestinal bleeding,20 cases had abdominal pain and bloating,7 cases had incomplete intestinal obstruction and 22 cases had anemia.All patients underwent surgery.According to postoperative pathology,25 cases were benign,13 cases were borderline,and 7 cases were malignant.Patients were followed up for 2 to 4 years.3 patients died of tumor recurrence and metastasis.one case recurred 24 months after surgery and underwent a secondary surgery.Conclusions The diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor depends on pathology.Surgery is currently the most important treatment.Molecular targeted therapy for gastrointestinal stromal tumor therapy has some secondary significance.
