Abstract:
Objective To investigate the analysis of percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with alendronate intervention clinical curative effect of the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in patients with psychological.Methods In Second People's Hospital of Yueqing City from April 2014 to September 2016 were 200 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients as the research object, and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, each with 100 cases, the control group used percutaneous kyphoplasty for treatment, the study group were treated with oral administration of Alendronate Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets on the basis of the control group, using the visual analogue scale(VAS) of the two groups after 1 Day, 3 months and 6 months of the degree of pain relief was assessed.Results Two groups of patients on the 1 postoperative day and 3 months VAS score had no significant difference, 6 months after operation of patients with VAS score and pain improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant;compared with the preoperative VAS score of the two groups compared with statistical significance(P<0.05);the study group 2 cases of patients with oral alendronate in patients with mild gastrointestinal irritation.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with alendronate sodium on patients with psychological intervention in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures achieved good results, which can effectively relieve pain, improve the quality of life and daily life ability of patients, is worthy of further clinical application.
