Abstract:
Intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) is an new technique based on traditional DWI,which can truly separate and extract water molecules diffusion and microcirculation perfusion pseudo-diffusion,and choose multi-b-value and bi-exponential model to obtain DWI.It can reflect the relationship between signal attenuation within the voxel and b values.Nowadays,IVIM DWI has been widely used in the studies of liver diseases.In this article,the recent progresses of MRIVIM in liver imaging were reviewed.
