Study on the application and influence to quality of life of Kangfuxin liquid combined with psychological intervention in the patients with recurrent oral ulcer

Abstract: Objective To study the the application and influence to quality of life of Kangfuxin liquid combined with psychological intervention in the patients with recurrent oral ulcer. Methods In Wenzhou people's hospital from February 2016 to February 2017, 62 patients suffering from recurrent oral ulcer were divided into two groups. The control group were given Kangfu liquid, at this basis, the observation group were received Kangfuxin liquid combined with psychological nursing intervention. The effect and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate was 93.5％(29/31) in the observation group, while 90.3％(28/31) in the control group. The difference of the cure rate in the two groups was no statistically significant. The scores of physical condition in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in the patients with recurrent oral ulcer, which is suitable for clinical application.
