Effect of bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy on advanced colorectal cancer

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy of bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 100 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer from March 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Group A was given routine chemotherapy, group B was given combined with chemotherapy and bevacizumab treatment, compared the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy. Results The total effective rate was 28.0％, group B was 54.0％, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined chemotherapy and bevacizumab is effective in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer and is worthy of promotion.
