Effect of potassium magnesium aspartate on arrhythmia in acute myocardial infarction and analysis of electrocardiogram

Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of potassium magnesium aspartate on arrhythmia in acute myocardial infarction and the characteristics of electrocardiogram. Methods 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction arrhythmia were enrolled from June 2015 to June 2016, and 50 patients were divided into two groups. The control group and the observation group were treated with Amiodarone treatment and potassium magnesium aspartate treatment. Results LVEDV (60.69 ± 2.23) mm, LVESD (46.55 ± 1.74) mm, LVEF (49.15 ± 5.42)％, ventricular premature beats (2.00％), paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia (0.00％ ), Ventricular fibrillation rate (2.00％), sinus tachycardia rate (2.00％), atrioventricular block rate (2.00％), atrial fibrillation rate (0.00％), total effective rate (98.00％) were better than Control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acute myocardial infarction with potassium magnesium aspartate treatment, can improve the safety of treatment, improve heart function.
