Abstract: Hip fractures are more common in the elderly,and the patients with conservative treatment have a high morbidity and mortality,and surgical treatment has become the preferred method.These patients are often characterized by a large number of comorbidities,a critical condition and high risks for anesthesia and surgery,and the choice of accurate preoperative risk assessment and the appropriate anesthesia methods will help to reduce postoperative complications and lead to better outcomes in elderly patients with hip fractures.
