Abstract: Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is a kind of Gram negative pathogen which serious threats human health. With the widespread use of antibiotics, the drug resistance of Hp is more and more serious, which has become the leading cause of failure in the treatment of Hp related diseases. Therefore, effective ways to find the intervention of drug resistance of Hp have become a practical problem to be solved in clinic. TCM and Western medicine in the treatment of drug resistant of Hp play their respective advantages. This article analyzed the research status quo and intervention effects of TCM and Western medicine for drug resistance of Hp, with a purpose to provide a new path for clinical treatment of Hp related diseases.
