Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone complex combination of uterine fibroids suffer psychological intervention.Methods70 patients of uterine fibroids from January 2014 to January 2015, were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 35 cases.The control group psychological intervention group conventional therapy based on the use of mifepristone treatment, the control group were treated with conventional therapy alone psychological intervention, recording and analysis of therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.ResultsThe patients with hemoglobin levels and fibroid volume were (99.57±10.46)g/L, (69.65±10.25)cm3 after treatment than the control group (89.94±9.15)g/L, (142.06±12.49)cm3, and the difference was significant (P<0.05);after treatment observation group total effective rate was 80.0%, higher than 57.14%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionMifepristone combined with psychological intervention uterus Efficacy fibroids sure, exactly, compared with the individual application of psychological intervention no significant adverse reactions, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with uterine fibroids.
