Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage on vital signs in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention surgery.Methods128 patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention surgery from January 2014 to June 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table, 64 cases in each group. The control group were given traditional surgery, and received routine treatment at postoperative rehabilitation period. At the basis of this, the observation group were given acupoint massage. The liver and kidney function indexes, coagulation function, blood routine, heart rate and blood pressure in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe systolic blood pressure was (142.98±18.35mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was (92.83±17.28) mmHg and the heart rate was (79.4±11.7) times/min in the observation group;the systolic blood pressure was (143.26±17.26) mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was (82.65 ± 13.17) mmHg and the heart rate was (71.9±12.1) times/min in the control group, the differences in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TBIL of the control group was (9.36±3.71)umol·L-1, DBIL was (4.01±1.14)umol·L-1, TP was (53.23±7.29) g·L-1, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, ALB was (32.10±3.17) g·L-1 and BUN was (4.23 ± 1.32) mmol·L-1, which was lower than that of TBIL, DBIL, TP and ALB in the observation group (P<0.05) The levels of PTA and FIB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The levels of PT, APTT and TT were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionAcupoint massage can effectively enhance the liver and kidney function and coagulation function, reduce the blood pressure and heart rate of patients, relieve anxiety and reduce the recovery time of patients.
