Immuno IG and C3 complement residue in skin tissue of psoriasis patients

Abstract:
The study was carried out on 27 patients with psoriasis and 9 heatlhy volunteers. Results showed no difference between IgA residues in various skin tissues of psoriasis patients. There is an increase of IgM residue in psoriasis lesions, but in healthy subjects there is not. In the lesions after the treatment and in the tissue without sporiasis, IgM residue is less than in the lesions before treatment. There is an increase of IgG residue in the lesion but in healthy skin there is not. IgG residue in healthy skin is less than in psoriasis. After the treatment, in psoriasis skin lesion, IgG is reduced slowly in comparing with that before the treatment C3 complement residue in the lesions is more than in healthy skin
