Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of montelukast, budesonide nasal spray and deslorata-dine citrate disodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influence on inflammatory cytokines. Methods:Totally 94 cases of al-lergic rhinitis patients received treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group ran-domly. The control group received budesonide nasal spray and desloratadine citrate disodium, and the observation group received mon-telukast additionally. After 4-week treatment, the changes of clinical symptoms and the contents of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in the two groups were compared. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was also compared. Results:After the treatment, the VAS score of the nasal symptom and category symptoms in the two groups were lower than that before the treatment, and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0. 05). After the treatment, the contents of IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly re-duced while the content of IL-10 was significantly increased in the two groups, and the changes in the observation group were more no-table than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 49%, which was higher than that of the control group (80. 85%, P<0. 05). Conclusion:The combination of montelukast, budesonide nasal spray and deslorata-dine citrate disodium can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the IL-6 and IL-8 levels and increase the IL-10 content in allergic rhinitis patients.
