Abstract:
Acute myeloid leukemia is a disease of malignant clone of the hematopoietic stem cell.The abnormity of molecular biology plays an important role in the pathogenesis of acute myeloid leukemia.More and more molecular abnormalities provide the basis of prognostic evaluation and target therapy.
