Abstract:
Exosome are nanoparticles released by various cells into extracellular environment, with the diameter of 40-100 nm.Exosome contain different kinds of biological materials, such as proteins, mRNA, microRNA.Exosome can not only mediate cell-to-cell communication, but also be involved in many physiological and pathological processes such as immune response regulation, inflammation, tumorigenesis and drug resistance.This article mainly focuses on correlation between exosome and drug resistance of rumor.
