Abstract:
Objective Cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP)is a specific ectopic pregnancy with the two -child policy opened,the rate of cesarean section deliveries had increased exponentially,and the rate of CSP had increased. Due to lacking typical syndromes,it is easily misdiagnosed or causing massive haemorrhage during abortion operation, even threat to patients'lives,therefore,early diagnosis and treatment is essential to avoid severe complication.Although there are a variety of treatment methods for CSP,there has been no standardized strategy for its treatment at present. The article is a review of the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of CSP.
