Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy and Western medicine in the treatment of the threatened abortion with intrauterine blood.Methods 80 patients were divided into the control group and observation group randomly according to digital table method.There were 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given medicine of improving the function of kidney,spleen and stomach.This medicine was taken for twice a day of 500mL.The patients in the two groups were taken dydrogesterone tablets.An oral starting dose of 4 dydrogesterone tablets was given.Each tablets content 10mg drugs.Then dydrogesterone was taken every 8 hours till symptoms of vaginal bleeding stopped.The patients in the two groups took 100mg vitamin E twice a day.5mg folic acid was taken twice daily.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were studied and compared.Results In the control group,9 patients healed.10 cases showed markedly effective.10 cases had effect. 11 cases showed no effect.The total effective rate was 72.5%.In the observation group,10 cases were cured.10 cases showed markedly effective.17 cases had effect.3 cases had no effect.The total effective rate was 92.5%.The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that of the control group (χ2 =5.54,P<0.05).Compared with prior treatment, hemorrhage area were deduced in the two groups ( t =1.54, P <0.05 ) .After treatment, the hemorrhage area in the two groups had significant difference(t =4.32,6.21,all P <0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine and Western medicine on the treatment of threatened abortion intrauterine hematoma showed higher total efficiency rate and had no adverse reactions.The clinical program was worth of further study and use.
