Abstract:
We analyzed the current situation and problems of biomedical enterprise-universityresearch institute alliance in China.According to the features of the alliance,we put forward strategies in five aspects:to improve relavant legislation,to strengthen macro guidance,to improve the interest mechanism,to innovate the development mode and to broden the financing channels.
