Analysis on the CT diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the CT signs of small peripheral lung cancer.Methods The clinical data of 26 patients who were pathologically confirmed to have small peripheral lung cancer by operations, punctuation or cancer examination were retrospectively analyzed. The internal structure of cancer foens,the limbic forms,the changes of adjacent tissues, and the CT manifestations after enhancement were analyzed. Re-sults Among the 26 patients, 16 patients were manifested as round or similar round nodule, 10 patients were mani-Jested as irregular nodule,24 patients were manifested as lobulated, and 7 patients were manifested as vacuole sign.Enhancement of cancer body were observed in all the 26 patients who were examined by enhanced scanning,and the average enhanced range was 37HU;18 patients had thin and short burrs or burrs, 14 patients had aggregation of ad-jacent vessels, 10 patients had pleural indentation,and 1 patient had adjacent pleural thickening. Conclusion Spiral CT scanning,especially the HRCT scanning of target areas and the enhanced CT scanning of target areas,can im-prove the accurate rate of the imaging diagnosis for small peripheral hmg cancer.
