Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 74 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction in addition to convention therapy.Both groups were treated for one course of treatment of 30 days,Symptoms of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were observed before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of symptoms and electrocardiogram improvement were 94.44%and 80.56%respectively in the treatment group,compared with 76.32%and 52.63%in the control group,showing a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction is effective in Creating unstable angina pectoris.
