Abstract:
This article explored the open mode of the scientific research management and discussed its applying effectiveness in Peking University People's Hospital.The dual character of the open mode was raised innovatively which was summarized as resource sharing and constraint sharing.Our scientific research management has developed because of promotion and implement of the open system and creative methods,hich contained the dual character.
