Abstract:
Concerning the acute toxicity of pentafluoro propyl oxy dihydro artemisinin on healthy white mouse, oral LD50 get 910 (836-992) mg/kg body weight peritoneal infection LD50 get 350 (307-399) mg/kg concerning the subacute toxicity of pentaflouropropyl oxy-dihydro artemisinin, the oral dose of 50mg/kg body weigh dairy in continuous 28 days enhance SGOT, creatinine anf proteine levels. The other parameters changed without statistical significance with the dose of 20 mg/kg daily in continuous 28 days, AGOT enhanced, but other parameters including SGPT, protein, bilirubin, creatin, red blood cell count, hematocrite, white blood cell count and white blood formula at the 14th and 28th day were not different in comparing with those at the day
