Abstract:
Dendritic cells,as professional antigen presenting cells in vivo,can activate T cells,participate in allograft rejection,and play an important role in inducing immune tolerance.They have drawn wide attention from medical researchers,particularly in the field of organ transplantation.This review updates the researches on dendritic cell-induced transplantation tolerance and looks into the prospect of the application of dendritic cells in organ transplantation.
