Abstract:
OBJECTIVE Discussing the central sterilization and supply department (CSSD) working model,to change CSSD serving concept and to improve clinical satisfaction degree for CSSD. METHODS Nurse in charge set forth an aim to establish CSSD green pass way in 2007. CSSD applied the meticulous administration,prolonged its serving time,assigned trained workers to deliver emergency articles,and prepared the individual packets to meet clinical special needs. RESULTS Clinical satisfaction degree was increased from 58.0% in 2005 to 95.1%in 2008,and complains were decreased from 15 times in 2005 to zero in 2008 (P
