Abstract:
A study was conducted on 24 patients with advanced chronic renal failure treated at Central Military Hospital 108. Results: The majority of patients with advanced chronic renal failure and periodic dialysis had stable blood pressure in all 7 days follow-up (with 508 measurements). The rate of measurements had systole blood pressure in emergency level (≥ 180mmHg) was very low (4/504 = 0.75%). Less measurements (8.1%) had blood pressure ≥ 160 or ≤90mmHg. The effectiveness of blood pressure medications will be enhanced when using combined treatment and taking at reasonable time (at 6 am, 10 am, 4 pm, 9 pm).
