Abstract:
The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbnent Assay(ELISA) is a biochemical technique to detect the specific antibody or antigen and is widely used as a diagnosis tool in medicine.Nowadays,ELISA reader is frequently equipped in clinical laboratories.In recent years,ELISA Reader can be become standing-by equipment of clinic.The Principle of ELISA ex-periment,the structure and principle of ELISA Reader,the method of repairing ELISA Reader are introduced.
