Abstract:
A prototype of the hospital medical engineering construction and development is introduced. Functions and tasks of medical engineering are described, and its construction and development are also analyzed. Constructive opinions and views are put forward for further discussion. Detailed descriptions of the medical engineering staffing, equipment configurations are also provided. Issues such as the scientific management system and information technology in the building of archives management, technical and operational training, reward and punishment system, and intiatives of staff are focused on. The management level of medical engineering thus has been furtherly improved.
